Before reporting an issue, check if you are on the latest version of Sound Show. Maybe, the problem is already fixed. License activation with key is only available in the recent versions of Sound Show.
If you lost your license key you can request it back by giving your email address there: Request key
If you don't see a response or the license key mail after purchasing, please consider checking your spam folder.
